If many people with years of experience and dozens of technical skills can’t find decent paying jobs, what does that say about the future of the job market?
I understand that most people are employed and not on the verge of homelessness yet, but if we take a look at how much struggle the middle class is going through with inflation and low income on a global scale, it’s really terrifying. These estimates about consumer spending, unemployment rate, etc. can be easily manipulated, the same way many employers post these jobs that they either never fill or pick someone within the same company to fill. The future of the job market is not looking good at all, and some of us might forget once they get lucky and land a decent paying job, but layoffs and pay cuts are happening all over the world.
